Please choose a template below, then click "Customize" to personalize the name plate with your logo and text in the designer studio. No need to create a design for every name needed. Design just one in the studio with a sample name/title from your order, then you'll be able to upload/paste your complete list of names before checking out.
Please note: White printing is not available using the dye sublimation printing process. Therefore, if you select a gold or silver background, any white areas in your logo (including any white boxes around the logo) will not be filled in once printed and these white areas will appear either gold or silver (as per the background color you selected). If this will not work for you, we recommend selecting the white background instead.
